Here's How We Work With You!

 

1. You call Kreamer Connect, Inc. at 412-344-3252 and we explore your organizing needs.  A professional organizer specializing in your needs is assigned and an organizing session is scheduled (minimum is half day or 4 hours - rate is $75/hour for residential organizing). 

2. Kreamer Connect, Inc. arrives on the scheduled date and time and begin with a tour of the space that you want to organize as well as other parts of your home to see potential storage areas.  We will talk about habits, preferences, work style, daily schedule, and more as well as your overall objectives. 

3. When final suggestions are made, we design a customized plan to implement the new systems.

4. We start work immediately!

5. We roll up our sleeves and dig into your papers and clutter right along with you. We go through everything, decluttering while organizing and implementing the system that we discussed earlier in our consultation. You start to see results almost immediately.

 

Fee schedule 

 

  • $75 per hour as billed through Kreamer Connect, Inc.  Additional organizer rate is $50/hour.

 

  • If you wish to purchase a 20 hour package, the rate is only $70/hour.  $1400 is due at the time of purchase.  (Additional organizer is still at discounted rate of $50/hour.) 

 

  • Minimum session is 4 hours

 

  • Driving to location:  If more than 60 minutes, client will be billed at $45/hour for drive time.

 

  • Organizing sessions may include a ten minute break every 90 minutes

 

  • Payment is due at the end of each session. We accept cash, check, money order, Visa/MC/AMX/Discover

 

Cancellation policy

 

 If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please notify me by telephone (412-344-3252) as soon as possible.  Cancellations made less than 72 hours of the scheduled session will be billed $100.
